Down and dirty.
Jason and I ran with some friends in the Dirty Dash. It was a lot of miles (well, not a lot, 6.2 to be exact), a lot of people, a lot of crazy obstacles, a lot (A LOT) of uphill, a lot of mud, and a whole lot of fun! We can't wait to do it all over again next year!

They have one of those here in my town called the Volkslauf. Obstacles, mud, water trucks spraying us. It was super fun!! That looks so cool.
